After yesterday's event at Parkdale Cromdale school, we have narrowed down the list of entries in our Youth Songwriting Contest to just three finalists, and they are ... (drum-roll please!) ... Megan, Dominic and Carrie! (congrats guys!)
The Heart of the City music festival and Ihuman, Parkdale Cromdale community league,Bent Arrow and CJSR radio station have teamed up to provide a youth event that promotes and supports emerging youth songwriters and performers between 12 and 18 years old.
We can't wait to hear the finalists play live from the stage on June 7th at 7:30pm.
The winner will play the winning song on June 8th at 3:20pm.
