Heart of the City Music and Arts Festival is officially opening up applications for the 2020 festival Main Stage line up! The festival is a year-round organization that promotes local and emerging artists through the curation of music and arts events including a free, annual, family-friendly festival in central Edmonton. We are a 100% volunteer run and grant funded, non for profit organization that supports community initiatives.
