Edmonton Latin Orchestra

Active since 2011 this band has always been characterized by having a unique and fresh
style, which combines Afro-Cuban, Dominican, and Venezuelan rhythms. The participation of
the audience is fundamental in creating a special moment where everyone feels the need to
stand up and dance even if they do not know how to do it. For dancing shows, we combine our
performance with a dance lesson, so everyone can learn and enjoy themselves.

This band has been recognized at the provincial level as the best Latin Orchestra in 2023, thus
demonstrating its participation in non-profit events in the city as well large festivals and concert
halls in Alberta, Canada.

Rumba Caliente is made up of professional musicians of different nationalities which include
Venezuela, the Philippines, Nicaragua, Colombia, El Salvador, and Canada. Their mission is to
elevate Latin music to the biggest stages to showcase their artistic roots.
