We are having our Annual General Meeting on March 9th at 6:30pm.
LOCATION:
Boyle Plaza (9538 103A Avenue). The Plaza is the white and yellow building a bit east from the firestation on the corner. The door to get in is on the south east side of the building.
Everyone is invited who would like to be a part of Heart of the City in 2015! There will be snacks and drinks, and we will talk about our plans for the year and our previous year of work.
If you want to be a part of the HOTC board this year and you can not make it to the meeting, please contact us with your name, a short paragraph about yourself, along with your email and phone number. We will add your name to the list of potential board members for 2015 and inform you if you are voted on to the board.
