This year's Heart of the City Festival will be a celebration of art, music and community for the whole family to enjoy!
Bring your friends, your kids, your parents, your grandparents, your grandchildren, your neighbours, your acquaintances and even complete strangers you meet on the street, to show the whole city what a great place we live in, here in the shadows of the high-rises! (Note: The high-rises don't actually cast a shadow that reaches the park, so bring sun screen!)
The Festival is COMPLETELY FREE, but you could bring some cash if you want to support the artists who are selling their wares, CDs, etc. Plus there are four delicious food trucks on site and HOTC t-shirts are $5, so you can bring along some extra spending cash if you want, but it's not necessary. Access to the festival, workshops and music are all free for everyone! Forever!
