Establishing New Beginnings
As many are probably wondering, Heart of the City Festival Society of Edmonton will not be hosting its annual two day festival in Giovanni Caboto Park this coming weekend. The decision was difficult, but was made with the best intentions for the future of the society and its mission of empowering communities with open stages.
